Miguel L. Martin, AIA
President, Principal, Founder
Miguel L. Martin ("Sr."), AIA founded MLM-Martin Architects, Inc. in 1992 working previously as a sole practitioner. Miguel Sr. provides our clients the utmost commitment in developing their visions into a reality. He has over 30 years experience in architecture as an Architect of Record, Project Manager, Project Architect, and Principal-In-Charge. His portfolio of projects includes everything from renovations to new project design.

Miguel's personal commitment to an efficient, cost effective design scheme has earned him client confidence that is evident in his continued working relationships with various clients over the years. Attention to detail with strong intercommunicative skills among project team members leads to prompt solutions, keeping projects both on budget and on time. Miguel L. Martin is also a proud member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA).

Vice-President, Principal
Miguel A. Martin ("Jr."), AIA, Assoc. ASHRAE, and National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) member joined MLM as Vice-President in 2007 and has greatly expanded the firm's specialty focus in the aviation sector. With his educational background in both architecture and engineering, Miguel Jr.'s education enables him to provide creative solutions to any problem. Miguel’s ability to identify critical information, potential issues and quickly come to appropriate resolution before a problem arises in the field is without reproach.
With his additional experience focusing on utilities and central energy plants, he has a wide breadth of technical ability to successfully design and run a vast range of different types projects. A driven and natural born leader, Miguel's research and over 20 years of hands-on experience within the field of architecture design and construction greatly enriches the services that MLM-Martin Architects, Inc. delivers to their clients, many of whom are repeat clients.
